Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell

If you don't like what you ordered, you may exchange the product or return it for full credit. Keep in mind that all exchanges and returned items must be unused and in "new" condition, and must be within 30 days of purchase.

Follow these steps to return / exchange a product.

1. Fill out the form below - so that we will be aware of a return shipment .

2. Box up all items being returned (preferably in its original packaging). Include a copy of your invoice in the package .

3. Write the following in marker on the box: Attn: Online Returns

4. Bring the package to a local shipping center (UPS Store or Fedex/Kinkos).

Refund

It is recommended that you insure your shipment, as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged shipments. If you are not able to find a local shipping store, please email at sales@girlstance.com.
